My Customers Frequently Ask...

What are the cushions made of?

The base of my cushions come in light grey, smoke blue, purple and cream. They are super soft to touch and are made with wool and cashmere. The designs are made with Harris Tweed. I have set Harris Tweeds that I work with but I do have many other colours in stock. Please feel free to contact me and I can send through pictures of my other tweeds.

What are your cushion sizes and insert types?

As standard the cushion covers measure approximately 16 inch square. They are made to fit a 16inch cushion insert. The cushion come with a back pocket which is made with a high quality YKK zip so you can remove the insert. If you would like a different size of cushion cover please contact me through the ‘Contact’ button so we can agree a size and potential new price. The name cushions are made to fit a 20 by 12 inch insert. Please note that I only stock these in duck feathers. As standard I use duck feather inserts so they can be plumped back into shape. However if you would prefer a microfibre insert for the square designs just let me know through the ‘contact’ button.

Are there care instructions for the cushions?

My cushions are made with wool so I recommend you hand wash them gently in lukewarm water (30 deg). You can also use a gentle wool detergent, rinsing them well and air drying them naturally.

Can you ship my order as a gift?

Absolutely! This is not a problem at all. I can ship your order directly to the recipient and add a gift note. Just say it is a gift in your order notes and make sure to include the shipping address.

I need my order by a certain date.

If you need your order quickly please send me a message through the ‘Contact’ button. I can’t make any guarantees but I will try and ship your item as quickly as I can for you. As standard I send cushions by 2nd class signed for mail.

Can I customise the greeting card?

Yes, you certainly can. You have a selection of tweeds to choose from and I will match the font colour with your chosen tweed. If you would like a different colour of font just let me know in the customisation box. You can also change the text message and add names to the greeting. If you do not select any customisations I will make the card as standard shown in the listing. The name cushions are made to fit a 20 by 12 inch insert. How do I ensure my customisation is perfect?

If I have any questions I will always reach out to you to ensure I have the correct information. I will often send proofs for customers to check. However at the time of ordering please ensure that names, dates etc are all correct. Personalised items can not be returned.

How can I customise a purse?

My purses measure 5 inches by 3.5 inches approx. If however you would like a different size please contact me prior to placing your order. A significantly bigger size might mean an increase in price. All my purses come with a high quality YKK zip and matching cotton lining fabric. If you would like a different colour of zip or lining fabric please highlight this in the customisation box when placing your order. Otherwise the purse will come as seen in the listing picture

I have a customisation request.

I love receiving requests for new designs. If you have a different design in mind please do contact me through the ‘Contact’ button with your idea. I will then reply back to you to confirm what you would like. Once we have agreement I will let you know the price. As standard I send cushions by 2nd class signed for mail.
